2. Eligibility & Registration

2.3 Account Registration
To access 1winph's full services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. 3. Account Responsibilities
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1winph login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP with any other person. 1winph will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that is attributable to your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Accuracy
All details you provide to 1winph — name, address, payment details, and identification documents — must be accurate and consistent. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed to payment accounts not registered in your name.
3.3 Account Closure
You may request the closure of your 1winph Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification procedures. Accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements may have bonus balances removed upon closure.
4. Deposits
1winph accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP) via the following supported payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
- All deposits are processed instantly for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during peak periods.
- 1winph does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
- Deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- 1winph reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used before processing withdrawals linked to a specific deposit source.
- Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once confirmed. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests at 1winph are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification steps.
- GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval.
- Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
- 1winph may request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, payment method screenshot) before approving any withdrawal. This is standard KYC procedure and not indicative of any issue with your account.
- Only real-money balance is withdrawable. Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
- Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your payment account must match your 1winph account name exactly.
- 1winph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected on an account.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
1winph offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Each player may claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full.
- Standard wagering requirements for 1winph bonuses are 30× the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings expire at the end of the validity period if requirements are not met.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer Baccarat and Roulette typically contribute 10%–20%; slots and RNG table games typically contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion.
- 1winph reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus claimed in bad faith or through fraudulent means will be voided.
6.2 Abuse of Promotions
Players who 1winph determines to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to coordinating bets with other accounts, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or employing low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play — will have bonuses voided and accounts reviewed for suspension.
7. Games & Betting Rules
All games available on the 1winph platform — including live dealer tables, RNG casino games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific matters.
- All game outcomes are final once settled. 1winph will not reverse settled outcomes except in cases of a verified technical error affecting the game result.
- In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game round, the outcome will be determined by the game software's last recorded state. 1winph is not liable for losses due to player-side connectivity issues.
- Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager.
- 1winph reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from manifest error. Players who knowingly exploit manifest pricing errors may have accounts reviewed.
- All bet amounts must be within the minimum and maximum limits displayed for each game or market. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted.

8. VIP Club
The 1winph VIP Club rewards loyal players with enhanced benefits as they progress through tier levels. Membership is by invitation or based on activity thresholds. - VIP status and accumulated points are non-transferable between accounts.
- 1winph reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, point values, and benefit structures at any time with reasonable notice.
- VIP status may be reviewed or adjusted downward in cases of account inactivity as defined by each tier's maintenance criteria.
- Enhanced withdrawal speeds, higher limits, and exclusive table access available to VIP members are subject to the player's account remaining in good standing.
9. Refer a Friend

- Both the referring player and the referred player must hold verified 1winph accounts in good standing.
- Referral rewards are credited only when the referred player completes a qualifying deposit of the minimum specified amount.
- Self-referrals — where a player refers themselves using a secondary account — are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all referral credits and potential account suspension.

10. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

- Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits
